The Return of Thultanthar

After two thousand years in the Shadowfell, the floating City of Shade pierced the veil and appeared over the Anauroch desert. Led by the Most High Lord Telamont Tanthul, the Shadovar immediately declared the restoration of the Empire of Netheril, claiming all of Anauroch as their sovereign territory and launching a magical campaign to terraform the desert into a fertile homeland.
